We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and we will always try our hardest to fix any situation that may come up. You are very important to us.
Please be mindful that the products you are buying are "handmade" and 100% natural, so there may be variations from batch to batch.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns.
